“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we don’t give up.” Galatians 6:9 NLT
Being set apart is what makes us different from the world. Doing the right thing is never wrong. Treating people with respect and showing the love of God regardless of the differences in religion, gender or skin color. When we do this in spite of what others may say we will be blessed. We can’t afford to misrepresent God to a world that desperately needs Him.
Hey Ya’ll! I have had some trials when it comes to my skin. I’m 32 years old, I realize that I really don’t need to use all of these products to preserve my skin.
Some of the issues that I have are
♦︎ Dry skin
♦︎Blemish prone skin
♦︎Oily (usually during summer)
I wanted a skincare routine that met all of my needs but in a minimal way.
Since I have dry skin I wanted to get a cleanser that was moisturizing and softens. This Neutrogena Naturals is a cleanser and makeup remover… Yaaasss! It gets rid of all my face makeup without leaving my skin dry and tight.
This is an oldie but goodie and I am glad I found it again. It’s a great toner and gentle cleanser. It has 14% alcohol but it does not dry out my skin.
I have been using Simple for about a year. I love this moisturizer because there is SPF in it. I like that doesn’t give a white cast on my face, it blends in well and it is perfect for under my makeup. I only use this during the day.
I. Love. OliveOil. I use this mostly at night, it works so well at sealing the moisture in from my cleanser and toner. It helps soothe my dry skin and it removes my eye makeup very well.
I’ve had this for a while and It’s a staple in my routine. This along with my face brush has lightened up my dark spots.
All of these products are under $20, so there are super affordable. Here is the review of the face brush!
Hey Ya’ll! I decided to try Bantu Knots. I wanted to branch out and see what other things I could do to my hair. Well… it didn’t go so well.
I don’t have a picture of the actual bantu knots but as you can see there is a lot of frizz. That is because my hair was still damp when I took it down. Big. Mistake.
My hair shrinks severely when it dries and it is super coily. So the bantu knots became tighter the more my hair dried. I had to keep loosening them… it was just too much work.
My arm and hands were hurting from all that twisting and I was kind of over the whole process.
The next time I attempt these again my hair will be dry. It will save time, edges and scalp. lol
Hey Ya’ll!! So we know that sometimes getting to the gym seems impossible with all the events we have going on in our lives these days. Well here is what we do…
Erica and I have been working on our fitness and getting healthy and moving our bodies all through the help of YOUTUBE… yes you read that right YOUTUBE!!
