3 Healthy Habits


Being healthy is so important but with work and school finding the time to stay healthy can be difficult.  Here are three healthy habits that has helped us get and continue to stay healthy.


Drink lots of water

Drinking water is vital to our health. Not only is it good for our bodies but out hair and skin. Water provides us the proper hydration we need to maintain our health. Have you ever looked on the back of a water bottle, it has nothing in it. No calories, saturated fat, sodium, sugars or carbohydrates. Which means it can’t hinder you from being healthy and reaching your fitness goals.


Whether it’s 10, 15  or 20 minutes, getting in a good work is better than no workout. We’ve learned that this is a process and a lifestyle change. Do what works for you. Moderation is key to keeping a handle on how much you eat. Instead of eating the whole bag of Cheetos or M&M’s, separate into little snack bags and store the rest out of eye sight.

Comparing Yourself to Others

This is so common in today’s society but it’s not healthy in the long run mentally. We have to keep our minds healthy as well as our bodies.  Love your body for what is look like now and imaging being healthy rather than skinny. All body types are beautiful and embracing yours will always be healthy habit to have.
